Paperwork

Prior to your arrival, we ask that you fill out the paperwork that will be emailed to you.  The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition. 

Consultation

You will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options.

History & Exam

In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests and range of motion will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

Follow-Up Visit

Dr. Weaver will go over your report of findings and diagnosis and based on her clinical expertise, you will be given a treatment plan.  Dr. Michelle will try to accommodate your treatment plan based on your goals, wants, schedule and finances.  Each patient's goals are different so your care plan will be customized based on what is comfortable for you.

Regular Visits

We will ask you to sign in when you arrive and start your adjustment immediately.  You will receive your chiropractic adjustment followed by any necessary therapies and you will be done in 30 minutes or less.

Returning for Care

The decision to return for follow-up visits is always yours to make. Many of our patients choose to add chiropractic into their plan for a healthy lifestyle. Your individual care plan will be tailored to the frequency of visits appropriate for your needs and goals. Dr. Michelle will be under chiropractic care the rest of her life and recommends the same to patients looking for lifelong well-being.
