Gentle & Effective Chiropractic
Dr. Weaver is trained to deliver gentle and effective adjustments. Her knowledge and expertise range from newborn babies to elderly and osteoporotic patients. She utilizes various chiropractic techniques depending on the patient.
Pregnancy Chiropractic
Dr. Weaver is pregnancy (Webster) certified through the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association. Webster Technique is a chiropractic technique where specific sacral adjustments are made to help aide in the mother's pelvic alignment and nervous system. This in turn balances pelvic muscles and ligaments and reduces torsion to the uterus, which may offer a greater potential for optimal fetal positioning. Originally used for breech presentations and then posterior presentations, current research is revealing the benefits of receiving the Webster technique throughout pregnancy for the prevention of dystocia.
In addition to pregnancy care, Dr. Weaver helps with postpartum care, including care for newborns. Dr. Weaver is trained to diagnose oral ties (tongue ties, cheek ties, and lip ties) that can affect mother’s milk supply, painful latch, clogged ducts and mastitis for mom, etc. Dr. Weaver is also currently a lactation consultant and can help with lactation services as well as treat clogged ducts with ultrasound therapy.
Activator Technique
The Activator Method Chiropractic Technique is a gentle, low-force approach to chiropractic care. Because of its effectiveness and gentle nature, the Activator Method has grown to become the world’s most widely-used instrument chiropractic technique.
Myofascial Release Technique
Sometimes, injury or repetitive stress creates fascial restrictions, within the muscle, tendons or ligaments. These restrictions need a more specific and assisted technique. To address these areas, Dr. Weaver may use instruments that are designed to effectively break down fascial restrictions and scar tissue. This is an excellent technique that has prevented many risky or ineffective surgeries. Dr. Weaver has helped patients with shin splints, trigger finger, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, TMJ syndrome, IT band syndrome, weak ankles due to repetitive ankle sprains, etc

KinesioTaping
Dr. Weaver learned the art of taping while in school and has continued to utilize taping in her practice. She has used taping to reduce inflammation and pain, improve and optimize muscle function in athletes, and even to reduce pelvic pressure in pregnant patients.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping techniques are used to restore blood flow to tight muscles and chronic pain areas. The most recent trend has been seen in the past 2016 Olympics, particularly with the US swim team.
TENS therapy
TENS is used to decrease pain through the use of nerve distracting electricity. The large advantage of TENS is that it is completely portable and may be used when you need it for pain reduction.
Logan Technique
A specific chiropractic technique in which the parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system is stimulated.
Supplements
Dr Weaver recommends supplements from Metagenics & Standard Process for patients who need additional supplementation support.
